BRENDA

Being an outdoorsy Dutch farm girl with a natural knack for teaching Brenda already joked about being a tour guide in her preteens. She holds a bachelor in Environmental Management and her first job out of university was as a support worker for Cycle Canada. Next, she spent 3 years travelling and teaching English in Thailand, Taiwan, Italy, and Chile. Upon returning to Canada she worked as a bicycle tour guide for Explore Pelee, where she met her now husband and business partner, Dave. In 2017 the two moved to the Niagara Peninsula.     

DAVE

Dave studied Tourism and Travel sandwiched between two tour guiding jobs; he worked as a guide on the French River in Northern Ontario and afterwards gave tours at the Pelee Island Winery. With a strong entrepreneurial desire he has started a successful courier business and is enthusiastic to develop other businesses with his wife, Brenda. Dave's strong communication skills, funny demeanour, and astonishing historical knowledge make him an excellent tour guide.
